What is Salary Sacrifice?
Salary Sacrifice lets you exchange part of your gross salary for the use of a fully-inclusive Bingo, arranged through your employer's scheme. Because the payment is taken before tax and National Insurance, the effective cost is typically lower than an equivalent net-pay lease. Insurance, servicing, breakdown cover and — depending on your employer's scheme — a home charge point are usually included, so there's very little to budget for separately.
